NO-SHOW POLICY : No-Shows will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost.

CANCELATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY : We kindly request a minimum of 48hrs for cancelations or change in an appointment. Failure to do so will cause you to lose your deposit. Any change in appointment on or before the day of our courtesy text message your deposit is credited towards your next appointment. That being said please be mindful of our trading hours. As we cannot guarantee cancellations or change of appointments can be tended to on days we don't trade.
